Our mission is to enhance mental health and overall well-being by providing inclusive, community-based in-person and virtual mental health and rehabilitation services across Ontario. We support individuals to build coping skills, strengthen daily living abilities, and move toward recovery and independence in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

We envision healthy, inclusive Ontario communities where individuals living with mental health challenges, addiction concerns, or developmental delays have equitable access to flexible, high-quality mental health care, regardless of location or barriers to access.
